Directors Workshop

Carly Andrews, Head of School at Willowwind will explore the relationship between children, play, wellness and the natural world by examining current research as well as providing resources for child care educators on work, play and art in the natural world. Participants will tour Willowwind school’s garden, bioswale and prairie grass restoration areas, discuss current theories on children and ecology and view resources for bringing children to nature and nature to children (work projects, art projects, play).
