Susan Gray, Director

Susan holds a degree from the University of South Africa and has experience in early childhood education, elementary education and worked extensively with English language learners in South Africa.

 Deb Eckhoff, Education & Training Coordinator

As Education & Training Coordinator, Deb works with child care providers who work in child development homes, child care centers, preschools and before-and-after school programs to meet their professional development requirements.  She mentors providers who are working obtaining their CDA credentials and other professional achievements.  Establishing & maintaining partnership relationships with other local educational institutions & agencies is key to her responsibilities.  Deb serves providers in Johnson and Washington counties.

Traci Miller, Food Program Coordinator

Elisha Hamm, Food Program Assistant

Traci and Elisha support home-based programs that participate in the Child and Adult Food Program, which rewards programs for serving nutritious meals.

Elizabeth Wallace, Community Services Coordinator

Elizabeth administers the Crisis Child Care and Occasional Child Care programs as well as coordinating community outreach.  She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Maryland.

Jan Koch, Home Ties Child Care Center Coordinator

Jan is responsible fore the overall functioning of 4Cs Home Ties. She provides support to the families participating in the program, leadership to the staff and ensures that the program meets all state licensing requirements.
