Traci and Elisha support home-based programs that participate in the Child and Adult Food Program which rewards programs for serving nutritious meals.

Sloane Henry, Child Development Home Consultant
Sloane is available to support home-based child care providers in Johnson County in a variety of ways through home visits and consultations while assisting them in becoming registered with DHS, listed with 4Cs' referral program, and in applying for the new state Quality Rating System. She offers resources in child development, programming, space arrangement, business practices, and educational resources. Sloane graduated from the University of Georgia and has a degree in Child and Family Development and Intergenerational Studies from Lesley University in Massachusetts.

Jan Koch, Home Ties Child Care Center Coordinator
Jan is responsible fore the overall functioning of 4Cs Home Ties. She provides support to the families participating in the program, leadership to the staff and ensures that the programs meets all state licensing requirements

Susan O'Dell and Amanda Nelson, Home Ties Child Care Center Lead Teachers
Susan plans programming for the children in the toddler room. She has five years of experience and has a BA in Secondary Education English from the University of Iowa.
Vicki McBrien, Receptionist
Vicki assits with class registration. Vicki received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Composition from St. Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.

Alisha is a student at the University of Iowa. She assists the agency with a a variety of programs inlcuding the Occasional Child Care List, the Take & Play Resource Center, and the Food Program.
